TM CBJ2 Migrate all connection to VLAN segment

 Dear Valued Customer,

TM has scheduled to migrate all customer connection to VLAN segment at the CBJ2 Data Center as part of an on-going effort for better network
performance.

The maintenance will begin at 12:05 AM Malaysian Time on Saturday, November 19, 2011. The work is expected to conclude within 2 hour, at approximately 02:00 AM Malaysian Time, Saturday, November 19, 2011

Maintenance Period : 19th September 2011 - 12.05AM to 2.00AM
Involving Service : All racks in CBJ2

We expect there will be service interruption around 10 - 30 minutes on the network access during the maintenance period. However, the maintenance is designed to provide better network connectivity and performance and to ensure all our customers receive the best service possible. 

For precautionary measures, we advise our customer to do backup on their critical data.
